Shay Levy
With over 20 years of expertise in UAV systems, autonomous air mobility, and software innovation, Shay previously led Mobijobi, a mobile workforce software firm, and Simplex, providing defense software applications, while managing advanced UAV projects at IAI. A graduate in industrial design and education from Tel Aviv University, he was recognized by DroneTalks as CEO of the Year and drives UAV advancements across industries.

Ofer Haruvi
With over 25 years of experience in aviation and UAV systems, Ofer Haruvi served as a fighter pilot and held leadership roles in the Israel Air Force where he founded and served as the head of the UAV division. Co-founder and COO of FlightOps, he drives innovation in large-scale autonomous drone operations. Ofer holds degrees in computer and electrical engineering from the Technion and Tel Aviv University.

Ofer Porat
With over 20 years of experience in UAV systems and autonomous technologies. A former combat helicopter pilot and software team lead in the Israel Air Force, he previously served as CTO at IAI Magnet Division, CTO at Mobijobi and Simplex. Ofer holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and physics from Bar-Ilan University, combining technical expertise and operational insights to advance drone automation.
