Who is responsible for your data
FlightOps Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact info@flightops.io.
What we collect
Only what you give us and what the site needs to run. When you submit a form we receive your name, work email, company where provided, and the answers and message you chose to include. Our servers process technical data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — to serve pages, keep the site secure, and diagnose faults. We do not ask for special-category data and ask that you do not send any.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
To answer your inquiry and pursue a business relationship you initiated, on the basis of our legitimate interests and steps preparatory to a contract. To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website, on the basis of legitimate interests. To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations, on the basis of legal obligation. Where we ever rely on consent — for example a future marketing email — you may withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done beforehand.
Cookies and similar technology
This site sets only strictly necessary cookies, placed by our hosting platform Wix to maintain your session, bind it securely to your browser, and balance load (wixSession, client-session-bind, bSession, sec-fetch-unsupported). They are required for the site to function, carry no advertising identifiers, and are not used to profile you or track you across other websites. Because they are strictly necessary, they are set without consent, as permitted under the ePrivacy rules. We run no advertising, remarketing or cross-site analytics tags. If that ever changes, non-essential cookies will be loaded only after you opt in, and this notice will be updated first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though the site may not work correctly without the session cookies.
Who we share it with
Service providers who operate this site and our business systems, acting on our instructions under contract — principally Wix (website hosting and the CRM that stores form submissions) and our email provider. We also share with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
International transfers
We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Some providers may process data outside your country. Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. Ask us and we will tell you which applies and how to obtain a copy.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and the correspondence around them are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted or anonymized. Records we must keep for accounting, tax or legal-defence reasons are kept for the period the relevant law requires. Server logs are kept for a short operational window.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. You may also object at any time to direct marketing. We respond within one month and will not charge you or treat you differently for asking. Write to info@flightops.io.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the EEA or UK, the authority where you live or work; in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority.
Automated decisions and children
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not profile you. This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above, and we will tell you directly where the change is material and we hold your contact details.
