Accessibility statement

Our commitment
FlightOps Ltd wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to read this site, understand what we do and get in touch. We treat accessibility as part of how the site is built, not an add-on, and we keep improving it.
The standard we follow
The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the level required by Israeli Standard 5568 and by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations 2013. In practice that means a logical heading structure, text alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard operation of every control, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, captions or descriptions for video, and respect for your browser’s reduced-motion setting.
Display adjustments on the site
The accessibility button at the bottom-left of every page opens a panel where you can increase or decrease text size, switch to high contrast or grayscale, underline links, widen line and letter spacing, stop animations and video motion, and enlarge the cursor. Your choices are saved in your own browser only and are never sent to us; Reset all returns the default display. The panel is not available on nemesis.flightops.io, which this statement also covers; there, your browser’s zoom, contrast and reduced-motion settings are respected.
Known limitations
Some background videos are decorative and carry no narration. Product screenshots and third-party content, such as embedded videos and linked documents, may not meet the standard in full. We are working through these and welcome reports of anything we have missed.
Tell us about a barrier
If a page or feature is hard to use, write to info@flightops.io with the address of the page and what went wrong, or call +972-51-2846005. We aim to reply within five business days and to fix the problem or offer the information another way.
Accessibility coordinator
Accessibility inquiries are handled by our accessibility coordinator, reachable at info@flightops.io.
Physical accessibility
FlightOps does not operate a public walk-in office; meetings are arranged by appointment. Tell us in advance about any accessibility need and we will accommodate it.
