This website is operated by FlightOps Ltd. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them, and the date above tells you when we last did.
What this page does not cover
These terms govern the website only. Use of the FlightOps platform, appliances, APIs and support is governed by the separate written agreement, order form and service terms signed with each customer. Where those documents and this page differ, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
You may read, share and quote this material for legitimate business evaluation. You may not attempt to breach or probe the site’s security, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, misrepresent your identity, or use it to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

The text, design, graphics, product imagery, diagrams and software on this site belong to FlightOps or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other rights. The FlightOps name and logo are our trademarks. Third-party product names — aircraft, docks, payloads and software referenced on this site — are the trademarks of their respective owners, named only to describe compatibility, and their appearance implies no endorsement of us by them.
What you send us
Do not send us confidential information through the forms on this site; use a signed NDA for that. Information you do send, we may use to respond to you and to run our business, as described in the privacy notice. Please make sure it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
Forward-looking and indicative statements
Capability descriptions, capacities, hardware specifications and tier limits on this site are indicative and may change as the product develops. Roadmap and planned features are not commitments. Nothing here is an offer, a warranty, or a guarantee of any particular result, and nothing here forms part of a contract unless it is repeated in a signed agreement.
Safety and regulatory note
Operating uncrewed aircraft is regulated. Nothing on this site is regulatory, legal or airworthiness advice, and it does not relieve an operator of responsibility for holding the right permissions and flying lawfully and safely in their jurisdiction.

Availability and liability
We try to keep the site available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
